While I think that the Iphones have a huge jump on the Android, most anything that Google supports does well. I don't know if the Droid will ever catch the Iphone, but it's good to have some competition in that field.

The app will run inside the android  phone itself. Just like other windows phones. If the file has .exe extension then it means you can run it through your PC.
